Meanwhile, the American Gambits and upGrad Mumba Masters are struggling at the bottom of the table.
In a thrilling encounter, Triveni Continental Kings edged out upGrad Mumba Masters 10-8, thanks to Alireza Firouzja’s fifth consecutive victory. The Iranian grandmaster’s unbeaten streak continues, and his team now shares the same number of game points as the erstwhile leaders, PBG Alaskan Knights. UpGrad Mumba Masters, on the other hand, have slipped to the bottom of the standings with just one match win.
