**FSU QB OUT WITH BROKEN FINGER, SEASON IN JEOPARDY, AND WE’RE ALL FUCKING PISSED OFF!**

Quarterback Sidelined with Broken Finger, Team Scrambles for Replacement

In a blow to the team’s already struggling offense, star quarterback DJ Uiagalelei is facing an uncertain future after suffering a broken finger on his throwing hand during Saturday’s disappointing loss. According to sources, Uiagalelei is currently undergoing a series of tests to determine the best course of action, but it’s likely he’ll miss at least several weeks of play.

In the meantime, backup quarterback Brock Glenn is set to take the reins for the upcoming matchup against Clemson. Coach Mike Norvell remained tight-lipped about Uiagalelei’s status during Monday’s press conference, saying only that the team would continue to evaluate his condition throughout the week.

Uiagalelei’s injury occurred during a particularly rough outing against SMU, in which he threw three interceptions, including a costly pick-six in the fourth quarter. Despite his struggles, Norvell has been quick to defend his quarterback, citing a lack of support from the rest of the team as a major contributing factor.

“DJ made some great throws and decisions out there,” Norvell said. “But he also made some mistakes. We need to do a better job of backing him up and taking some of the pressure off. It’s not all on him.”

Glenn, who saw action in relief of Uiagalelei against SMU, will look to bounce back from a tough 0-of-4 performance. The young quarterback has some experience under his belt, having started the ACC championship game as a true freshman last season.
