**JERRY JONES: OWNERSHIP SUCKS, BLAME ME FOR THIS SHITSHOW**

In the midst of a disappointing 1-2 start, the Dallas Cowboys are facing intense scrutiny from their loyal fan base. According to a recent poll, a staggering 70% of voters place the blame squarely on the shoulders of owner and general manager, Jerry Jones. Jones, known for his hands-on approach, acknowledges the criticism, stating, “That’s very fair… no decision is ultimately made here without my approval.”

Despite the team’s struggles, Jones remains confident in the talent on the roster, citing the need for better coordination and teamwork. The Cowboys’ defensive line and running game have been areas of concern, with the team ranking last in run defense and 30th in rushing yards per game. Jones defended his team, saying, “I think we have a chance to improve on this… we’re not hitting on all cylinders.”

As the Cowboys prepare to face off against the New York Giants, Jones stopped short of labeling the game a must-win, instead emphasizing the importance of every possession. “Every possession is an important possession for us and for each player… good things will happen when you’re out there knowing everybody else is going to do the same thing,” he said.

Jones, who has been at the helm of the Cowboys since 1989, has faced his fair share of criticism over the years. However, he remains undeterred, drawing inspiration from the passion and emotion of the Cowboys’ fan base. “It never ceases to surprise me… the emotion about it, but it certainly inspires me the most,” he said.
