**Bielema: Nebraska’s a Bitch to Play, Not Penn State**

A Bold Move by a Confident Coach

Earlier today, I questioned the wisdom of a certain coach’s decision to mock the opposing team’s energetic atmosphere ahead of their highly anticipated matchup. While I don’t think this particular atmosphere is as crucial as the home team’s fans do, I do believe it’s unwise for the visiting coach to provide motivation to the opposing team’s faithful.

The coach in question has now doubled down on his statement, claiming that another stadium is even more intimidating than the one they’ll be visiting on Saturday night. This is a bold move, to say the least. The stadium he’s referring to may have a large and loud crowd, but it’s worth noting that they don’t allow alcohol sales during games. Meanwhile, the home team’s stadium will likely be electric, with fans fueled by excitement and, yes, beverages.

It’s clear that this coach is trying to make a statement, and you have to admire his confidence. However, as someone who enjoys a good rivalry, I think he’s playing with fire. His team is considered a significant underdog, and his comments may only serve to further motivate the opposing team.

I’m left wondering what the coach’s strategy is here. As a fan, I engage in trash talk because it’s fun and generates excitement. But as a coach, isn’t the primary goal to win games? It seems to me that these comments may ultimately hurt his team’s chances of success on Saturday night. Still, if they do manage to pull off an upset, I’m sure he’ll be more than happy to rub it in everyone’s face.
