As the college basketball season heats up, one conference’s tournament bracket has left fans scratching their heads. The Arkansas State vs App State matchup may have been an exciting one, but it was overshadowed by the sheer absurdity of the bracket itself.
A Florida Fiasco
The tournament is being held in Pensacola, Florida, which wouldn’t be unusual if it weren’t for the fact that not a single team from the entire conference hails from the Sunshine State. This decision has raised eyebrows, as it deprives teams from the conference of home games and instead sends them to Florida. One can’t help but wonder if the organizers thought a dose of sunshine would ease the pain of season-ending losses.
The Staggering Byes Conundrum
