But lately, I’ve become obsessed with diagonal cuts – and for good reason. The 43-47 degree angle has revolutionized my lunch game, offering a better balance of ingredients and chomping lanes.

A Game-Changing Epiphany

Just the other day, I savored a delectable ham sandwich with Swiss cheese and honey dijon on griddle-toasted sourdough. As I devoured the first half, I realized I wanted to truly enjoy the sandwich, not just inhale it like a savage. But then, a daunting question arose: where do I start?

The Anatomy of a Sandwich

I stared at the sandwich, compromising its structural integrity, unsure of where to take that first bite. The first half was sloppy, with too much crust in the last bite and too much ham in the second. It was a culinary catastrophe.
