With the 2024-25 NHL season underway, it’s time to assess your fantasy hockey roster and identify areas for improvement. Our experts have analyzed the early performances of all 32 teams and highlighted a top waiver wire target from each club to help you strengthen your lineup.

Top 10 Waiver Wire Targets

1. Logan Stankoven, F (DAL) – The rookie is contributing from various spots in the lineup, providing an assist on goals by five different teammates, including one on the power play.
2. Will Cuylle, F (NYR) – With Reilly Smith being the only other likely available option, Cuylle offers more potential for hits and shots, making him a valuable pickup.
3. Anthony Stolarz, G (TOR) – With a head start on an injured Joseph Woll, Stolarz is doing his best to create some early separation for the crease-share lead.

9. J.J. Moser, D (TBL) – Victor Hedman’s new defense partner plays a physical game and will be due a ton of ice time thanks to his running mate.
10. Viktor Arvidsson, F (EDM) – As long as coach Kris Knoblauch is sticking with Arvidsson in his top six, fantasy managers in deeper leagues should do the same.
