Unsold Players Get a Second Chance

In a heartening move, Hockey India approved a request from unsold players of the Indian senior women’s and junior women’s teams to reduce their base price to 2 lakh. This allowed players like Madhuri Kindo, Jyoti Chhatri, Deepika Soreng, and Rutuja Dadaso Pisal to secure their place in the inaugural edition of the Women’s HIL. Their determination and perseverance have paid off, and they’re ready to make their mark.
