**FUCKING FOOTBALL FOR THE WIN**

Top-flight footballer Gio Reyna’s comeback from a nagging groin issue has hit another roadblock. The talented winger, who represents both Borussia Dortmund and the United States national team, initially sustained the injury during a training session with the USMNT last month, forcing him to sit out friendlies against Canada and New Zealand.

Unfortunately, Reyna’s rehabilitation has taken a turn for the worse, with Dortmund announcing a “setback” in his recovery. The club has chosen not to disclose a revised timeline for his return to the pitch.

This latest development marks the continuation of a frustrating spell for Reyna, who has been plagued by injuries over the past two seasons. His only appearance for Dortmund this campaign was a brief cameo in their opening Bundesliga match in August.

In related news, Reyna’s Dortmund teammate Karim Adeyemi is expected to be sidelined for over a month due to a muscle injury. The 22-year-old forward had been in scintillating form, netting three goals in Dortmund’s 7-1 thrashing of Celtic. However, his first-half hat-trick was cut short when he was substituted early in the second half with what initially appeared to be a minor thigh issue.

Regrettably, the injury has proven to be more severe than initially thought, and Dortmund coach Nuri Şahin now expects Adeyemi to miss several key fixtures, including a Champions League clash against Real Madrid on October 22 and a Bundesliga encounter with RB Leipzig on November 2.

Furthermore, Şahin revealed that 18-year-old forward Julien Duranville, who replaced Adeyemi against Celtic, will also be out for a similar duration with a thigh injury. Dortmund’s next outing is a Bundesliga match against Union Berlin on Saturday.
