Week 5 Fantasy Football Streaming Options
As we enter Week 5 of the NFL season, fantasy football managers are dealing with injuries and bye weeks. With four teams on a bye, it’s essential to find streaming options to reinforce your roster. Here are some deeper-league targets at wide receiver, running back, quarterback, tight end, and defense.
Wide Receivers
* Wan’Dale Robinson, New York Giants (27.1% rostered; at Seahawks) – Robinson has seen 22 targets in his last two games and has emerged as a volume outlet for quarterback Daniel Jones.
* Xavier Legette, Carolina Panthers (25.0% rostered; at Bears) – With Adam Thielen on IR, Legette saw an increased role in Week 4, recording 10 targets and finishing with 19.6 points.
* Josh Downs, Indianapolis Colts (8.8% rostered; at Jaguars) – Downs saw his production jump in Week 4, catching a team-high eight passes for 82 yards and a score.
* Dontayvion Wicks, Green Bay Packers (9.5% rostered; at Rams) – With Christian Watson likely out, Wicks is a solid streamer after his big game against the Vikings.
* Romeo Doubs, Green Bay Packers (25.2% rostered; at Rams) – Doubs is another option to replace Watson, and he’ll move up in the wide receiver rotation.
* Tutu Atwell, Los Angeles Rams (6.9% rostered; vs. Packers) – Atwell is a big-play target for quarterback Matthew Stafford, and with Cooper Kupp ruled out, he’s a top streaming choice.
Running Backs
* Kareem Hunt, Kansas City Chiefs (21.4% rostered; vs. Saints) – Hunt logged 16 touches for 85 yards in Week 4 and should be looked at as a flex option this week.
* Justice Hill, Baltimore Ravens (9.7% rostered; at Bengals) – Hill fits as a streaming option, catching six passes for 78 yards and a score in Week 4.
* Braelon Allen, New York Jets (45.5% rostered; at Vikings) – Allen has seen at least nine touches in three straight games and could see an increase in carries for the London game.
* Rico Dowdle, Dallas Cowboys (43.3% rostered; at Steelers) – Dowdle led the Cowboys backfield with a team-high 11 carries in Week 4 and took a screen pass for a score.
Quarterbacks
* Justin Fields, Pittsburgh Steelers (34.0% rostered; vs. Cowboys) – Fields dropped 31.98 points on the Colts in Week 4, using his dual-threat ability to account for three touchdowns.
* Geno Smith, Seattle Seahawks (29.1% rostered; vs. Giants) – Smith scored 21.4 fantasy points in Week 4, finishing with 395 yards passing.
* Sam Darnold, Minnesota Vikings (43.6% rostered; at Jets) – Darnold has thrown multiple touchdown passes in all four games played this season and has an average of 21.9 PPG.
* Andy Dalton, Carolina Panthers (8.9% rostered; at Bears) – Dalton has thrown multiple touchdowns in back-to-back starts and has scored at least 15 points in each.
Tight End
* Cade Otton, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6.2% rostered; at Falcons) – Otton has seen 17 targets in his last two games, catching 13 passes during that stretch.
Defense
* Denver Broncos (5.4% rostered; vs. Raiders) – The Broncos defense is legit, with 12 sacks in their last two games and at least one takeaway in each game.
