**COLLEGE FOOTBALL: THE WILD RIDE OF F**KING CHAOS**

University of Pittsburgh’s star running back, Rodney Hammond, is set to make his season debut this Saturday as the undefeated Panthers take on North Carolina in their Atlantic Coast Conference opener. Hammond was unexpectedly ruled ineligible just days before the team’s season opener against Kent State, with the university remaining tight-lipped about the reason behind the decision.

Despite the initial setback, Hammond has continued to practice with the team and is now cleared to play. Coach Pat Narduzzi expressed his excitement about Hammond’s return, saying, “We’re thrilled as a coaching staff and a team that he’s back. It’s great for everyone.”

When asked about the circumstances surrounding Hammond’s reinstatement, Narduzzi chose not to elaborate, instead focusing on the team’s upcoming matchup. “Right now, he’s ready to play, and that’s all I care about,” he said.

Hammond will not be thrust into the starting lineup immediately, as Desmond Reid has established himself as a strong presence in the backfield. Reid has been impressive thus far, averaging an ACC-best 188.0 yards from scrimmage per game. Although he missed a game against Youngstown State due to a minor injury, Reid is expected to lead the charge against North Carolina.

“Desmond is our starter right now, but Rodney has been working hard in practice every day,” Narduzzi said. “He’ll be ready to contribute when his number is called.”
