In the desert heat of Arizona, the Washington Commanders unleashed their secret weapon: quarterback Jayden Daniels’ lightning-fast legs. After a crucial penalty gave them prime real estate on the 9-yard line, the Commanders capitalized on Daniels’ dual-threat prowess to take a commanding 24-7 lead.
With center Tyler Biadasz and right tackle Andrew Wylie leading the charge, Daniels expertly followed his blockers and dodged a defender to score his fourth rushing touchdown of the season. The electrifying play came with 13:52 remaining in the third quarter, sending the crowd into a frenzy.
Daniels had already made his mark on the game, guiding the Commanders to touchdowns on their first two drives. Although he threw his first interception of the season, he quickly rebounded, leading two more scoring drives – including a field goal to close out the first half and his thrilling touchdown run to open the second half.
The Commanders’ quarterback proved that his legs are just as deadly as his arm, leaving opponents scrambling to keep up with his dynamic playmaking ability.
