**Veteran Tackle Joins Seattle Practice Squad Amid Injury Crisis**
In a move to bolster their depleted offensive line, the Seattle Seahawks have signed a nine-time Pro Bowl tackle to their practice squad. The 42-year-old veteran, who boasts an impressive 19-year NFL career, will provide much-needed depth to a unit ravaged by injuries.
With starting right tackle Abraham Lucas sidelined until midseason and backup George Fant ruled out for at least two more games, the Seahawks were forced to rely on third-stringer Stone Forsythe. The addition of the seasoned tackle, who has started an impressive 221 of 248 career games, will undoubtedly bring stability to the team’s offensive front.
A two-time All-Pro and Super Bowl champion, the tackle has played for several teams throughout his illustrious career, including the Buffalo Bills, Philadelphia Eagles, Chicago Bears, and Dallas Cowboys. He was also named to the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s All-Decade Team for the 2010s.
The Seahawks will be hoping the veteran’s wealth of experience will pay dividends as they navigate the challenging NFL season ahead.
