**FUCKING DEVASTATING NEWS** Steelers Lineman James Daniels Done for the Year

Pittsburgh Steelers Suffer Another Devastating Blow to Their Offense

In a crushing defeat, the Pittsburgh Steelers’ starting right guard, James Daniels, suffered a season-ending Achilles tear in Sunday’s 27-24 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. The injury occurred in the first quarter when the Colts’ pass rush converged on quarterback Justin Fields, leaving Daniels in obvious pain and requiring assistance to exit the field.

This marks the third season-ending injury to a Steelers offensive lineman, following center Nate Herbig’s rotator cuff tear during training camp and right tackle Troy Fautanu’s knee injury during practice. Additionally, left guard Isaac Seumalo has been sidelined for the first four weeks of the season due to a pectoral injury sustained in practice.

Daniels, 27, has been a reliable fixture on the Steelers’ offense since signing a three-year, $26.5 million deal in 2022. He started 36 games, including all 17 in his first season, and only missed two games last season with a groin injury.

With Daniels out, the Steelers are likely to turn to rookie Mason McCormick, who made his first start in place of Seumalo on Sunday. The team also utilized Spencer Anderson, a 2023 seventh-round pick, when Daniels went down. The Steelers’ offense, already plagued by slow starts, will need to adapt quickly to this latest setback.
