**STAFFORD LEADS EPIC COMEBACK, SAVES RAMS FROM EMBARRASSING 0-3 START**

In a thrilling comeback, the Los Angeles Rams secured a 27-24 victory over the San Francisco 49ers, thanks to a last-minute field goal by Joshua Karty. With just 12 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, the Rams were down by 10 points, but quarterback Matthew Stafford led the charge, drawing on his extensive experience in high-pressure situations.

Stafford, in his 16th NFL season, has a reputation for delivering in clutch moments, with 44 career game-winning drives in the fourth quarter or overtime. On Sunday, he added to that tally, orchestrating a drive that ended with a Kyren Williams touchdown to tie the game, followed by a second drive that culminated in Karty’s decisive field goal.

The Rams’ win marked a significant turnaround from their previous week’s performance, when they suffered a crushing 41-10 defeat at the hands of the Arizona Cardinals. Coach Sean McVay had challenged his team to respond to that loss, and they did so in style, demonstrating remarkable resilience and grit.

Stafford’s calm and focused demeanor played a key role in the Rams’ comeback, according to defensive captain Kobie Turner. “Everybody’s excited, but Matt is just calm and collected,” Turner said. “He’s got this presence that gives you complete confidence.”

The victory improved the Rams’ record to 1-2, avoiding a 0-3 start for the first time since 2011. McVay praised his team’s determination and perseverance, saying, “What a job by our group, just continuing to battle, continuing to fight… I’m really proud of them.”
