**FUCKING DOMINANCE: Broadhurst Takes Down Pebble Beach for 2nd Champions Tour Win of the Year**

GOLFING GLORY AT PEBBLE BEACH

In a thrilling conclusion to the Pure Insurance Championship, veteran golfer Paul Broadhurst secured his second PGA Tour Champions title of the year with a steady performance at Pebble Beach. Despite a few nervy moments, Broadhurst held his nerve to claim a three-shot victory, finishing with an even-par 72.

Starting the day with a comfortable five-shot lead, Broadhurst expanded his advantage to six shots before Alex Cejka launched a late charge with a stunning 64. However, the Englishman refused to buckle, making a crucial birdie on the iconic par-5 18th hole to seal his win.

Broadhurst, who finished at 14-under 202, admitted he was relieved to avoid shooting over par and winning. “My kids would have given me a hard time if I’d done that!” he joked. Instead, he produced a clutch up-and-down on the par-3 17th to maintain his two-shot lead heading into the final hole.

Cejka’s impressive eagle on the 13th hole had briefly narrowed the gap, but Broadhurst’s steady play ultimately paid off. He acknowledged that protecting a large lead was a new experience, but he was proud of his ability to adapt and close out the win.

Broadhurst’s victory marked his seventh PGA Tour Champions title, including two senior majors. The 59-year-old Englishman moved up to eighth in the Charles Schwab Cup standings, solidifying his position among the tour’s elite. Rocco Mediate, Doug Barron, and Vijay Singh shared third place, while Ernie Els maintained his lead in the Charles Schwab Cup with a strong finish.
