**DALMAN’S SEASON IN JEOPARDY: FALCONS CENTER OUT WITH HIGH ANKLE SPRAIN, GODDAMN IT!**

Atlanta’s Gridiron Hopes Take a Hit as Key Player Sidelined

The Atlanta Falcons’ high-powered offense has been dealt a significant blow with the loss of starting center Drew Dalman, who suffered a severe left ankle sprain in Sunday’s matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. According to sources, Dalman’s injury will keep him sidelined for at least four games, forcing the team to make adjustments to their offensive line.

Dalman, 25, was carted off the field in the second quarter and did not return to the game. His absence was palpable, as quarterback Kirk Cousins struggled to adjust, fumbling two consecutive snaps before backup lineman Ryan Neuzil took over. Cousins acknowledged after the game that he would benefit from additional practice time with Neuzil, hinting that Dalman’s injury would be a prolonged one.

The Falcons’ woes were compounded by the loss of right tackle Kaleb McGary, who exited the game in the second quarter with a knee injury. Coach Raheem Morris promised to provide further updates on both injuries later this week.

In response to the setbacks, the Falcons have bolstered their offensive line by signing veteran Elijah Wilkinson to their active roster and adding Matt Hennessy to their practice squad. Both players have previous experience starting for the Falcons and are familiar with offensive line coach Dwayne Ledford’s system, providing a sense of continuity amidst the upheaval.
